I officially launched my election campaign for the 2010 Trent Hills Municipal Election at 10:00 a.m. August 16, 2010. I look forward to answering questions and receiving comments from our residents and property owners here in Trent Hills. I would be very happy to discuss my seven year record as your Mayor of Trent Hills. I believe my “Performance Record” speaks for itself.

More infrastructure and community improvements have occured in Trent Hills during my seven years as your Mayor, than any other period in recorded history. This includes the previous municipalities that have created Trent Hills. Many new and exciting opportunities are planned for Trent Hills in the near future, and I encourage you to view my website, at www.votehector.com. Please visit often as it will be updated frequently.

I have also challenged my opponent Mr. Fudge to two “Mayoral Debates” due to the fact that, traditional “All Candidates” meetings held in Trent Hills do not have a debate session. The first one will be held at the Campbellford Royal Canadian Legion, second floor, September 8, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Please plan to attend this important meeting to get the facts !! This is a totally accessible venue.

The second one will be held on our local CKOL Radio Station 93.7 FM and will be broadcast live September 16, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Please tune in to 93.7 FM and participate by asking your questions at 705.653.1089

Both of these planned debate meetings will be for the purpose of the Mayor’s position only, so there will be ample opportunity for you to ask your questions, and instill some good and honest debate.

Thank you for your support.

Hec Macmillan
